Getting started
Open AI Conversation from the sidebar, choose the "Voice" input mode (or start from the Free practice setup page and pick "Voice"), then start your session. You can also use manual recording or live voice mode (not available in the pilot) once a session has started.
Go to Settings and change your base difficulty level (A1-B2). This affects the difficulty of games, reading texts, and AI conversations.
AI conversations
Keep speaking naturally during the conversation. Detailed feedback (grammar, vocabulary, and corrections) appears after you end the conversation, not in real time — this keeps the conversation flowing naturally while you practice.
Yes. Use the Free practice setup page to type your own topic, pick a popular one, choose your difficulty level, and decide between voice or text.
Voice & microphone
Make sure your browser has microphone permission for this site (check your browser's address-bar permissions), and that no other app is using your microphone. Voice mode relies on your browser's built-in speech recognition, so a Chromium-based browser (Chrome/Edge) tends to work most reliably. Note that Chrome and Edge may send your voice to Google or Microsoft to turn it into text; see our Privacy Policy. You can type your answers instead.
Feedback & practice
Open Vocabulary to see every word you've encountered, filter by status or word type, and tap "Review N words" to start a spaced-repetition review session.
Your Progress page tracks your conversation goals, saved-word mastery, and skill trends over time. Your weekly conversation goal is also visible on Home, Leaderboard, and Profile.
Account & subscription
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page (email/password accounts only). If you signed up with Google or Facebook, sign in with that provider instead.
Sign in and go to Profile, then choose "Delete account and data". You can also follow the data deletion instructions for step-by-step guidance.
